• Priya Purushothaman, a Hindustani classical vocalist based in Mumbai and Bangalore, specializes in the Agra gharana style known for its robustness, vibrancy, and playfulness
• Disciple of Vidushi Aditi Kaikini Upadhya and Pandit Sudhindra Bhaumik, guided by Smt Shashikala Kaikini, with additional training under the late Pandit Dinkar Kaikini
• With teaching experience of more than 15 years, dedicated educator of Hindustani classical music, offering private lessons, lecture-demonstrations, and workshops
• Worked with diverse audiences, including children, contemporary dancers, and graduate students of music, to raise awareness about the Agra gharana style

• Toured with Dutch Jazz ensemble, Spinifex
• Artist-in-residence for the Bagh Sound Lab in Rajasthan in 2019, conducting research on the compositional aesthetics of scholar-composer Pandit S.N. Ratanjankar
• Published the book "Living Music: Conversations with Pandit Dinkar Kaikini" and contributed articles on music to Indian newspapers like The Hindu and the Deccan Herald
• Worked as Coordinator at Carnegie Hall, New York, and conducted Professional Training Workshops for young artists
• Collaborated across genres with notable artists such as Grammy-award winning composer Osvaldo Golijov and British electronic musician Actress
