Students receive booking links for the class schedules comprising a number of classes. Teachers propose a number of classes based on the information submitted in the enrolment request, mutual discussion and any other factors. It is upto the student to review the booking links, class schedule and fees proposed before making the payment.

Once payment is made, refund is governed by Xcool refund policy.
