• Born into a musical family in Assam, Debu Bhattacharjee's interest in vocal music blossomed from a young age
• Received sound training under the vigilant guidance of his father Late Shree Satish Chandra Bhattacharjee, elder sister Smt. Sikha Bhattacharjee, and Late Shree Sachin Chakraborty
• Pursued formal training in music at the age of 5, setting the foundation for his musical journey
• Placed himself under the tutelage of Sree Sandeep Ghosh (Scholar, Sangeet Research Academy, ITCSRA, Kolkata) and Late Ustad Sarfaraz Hussain Khan of Rampur Sahaswan Gharana for nuanced classical music training
• Learnt various song forms, including Nazrul Geeti, Ragpradhan, Bhajan, and Modern Hindi & Bengali songs from illustrious teachers, maintaining close ties with performers for continuous learning
• Proficient in teaching Hindustani classical vocal, Hindustani semi-classical vocal and Indian light music vocal with teaching experience of more than 25 years
• Currently taking live online classes for students in India and abroad

Professional Experience

• Presented and directed music for the dance drama "Durga Durgati Nashini" on Doordarshan, National Channel, Delhi, India (2005)
• Directed music for a short film on School Earthquake Safety for Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA) and the NGO, SEEDS
• Performed as a light classical singer for DD Bharti Channel's special program
• Composed music for different Public Schools and performed as a singer
• Established an Audio/Video Recording Studio named HARMONIX for audio recordings and video editing

Commercial Projects

• Composed music for various Hindi commercial projects in Mumbai and Delhi
• Established and successfully runs "Devgandhar School of Music"
• Serves as a musical consultant for private television channels in India
• Composed music for films and TV serials, including "VRAJ KI KHOJ," "VOTE KAREGA UP," and "HINDUSTAN HAMARA"
